Ingredients

  • tablespoons olives ripe sliced
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 6-inch wholewheat pita breads (es in diameter)
  • 0.3 cup pasta sauce 
  • cup roma tomatoes chopped (plum)
  • ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • cups zucchini chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 42
  2. Split each pita bread around edge with knife to make 2 rounds.
  3. Place rounds on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake about 5 minutes or just until crisp.
  5. Mix tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olives and basil in medium bowl.
  6. Spread spaghetti sauce evenly over pita rounds. Top with vegetable mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into wedges.
