  • 0.3 cup italian* five cheese blend shredded kraft finely
  • oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese 
  •  plum tomatoes chopped
  • 20 servings woven wheat crackers

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place unwrapped Neufchatel on 8-inch square sheet of heavy-duty foil; top with next 3 ingredients.
  3. Place foil on grill grate; cover with lid.
  4. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and Neufchatel is softened, but still holding its shape.
  5. Transfer foil to platter.
  6. Serve cheese spread with crackers.
