  • lb sweet potatoes and into red
  • tablespoons maple syrup 
  • tablespoons butter softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • serving ground cinnamon 
  • serving maple syrup

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Pierce sweet potatoes with fork.
  2. Place potatoes in square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Cover and bake about 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes can be easily pierced with a knife.
  3. Slip off skins. Beat potatoes with electric mixer on medium speed until no lumps remain.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons syrup, the butter, salt and desired amount of cinnamon. Continue beating until potatoes are light and fluffy.
  5. Drizzle with additional syrup.
