  • tablespoons bourbon 
  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • cup buttermilk 
  • large eggs beaten
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 1.7 cups graham cracker crumbs crushed finely
  • pinch nutmeg freshly grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon sea salt 
  • cup sugar 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Stir together first 3 ingredients; firmly press on bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fragrant. Cool completely on a wire rack (about 30 minutes). Reduce oven temperature to 32
  4. Whisk together flour and 1 cup sugar.
  5. Whisk in eggs until sugar is dissolved.
  6. Whisk in buttermilk and next 5 ingredients until smooth.
  7. Pour into crust.
  8. Bake at 325 for 45 to 50 minutes or until puffy and golden. Cool completely on a wire rack (about 1 hour). Chill until ready to serve.
  9. Serve with Tipsy Berries.
  10. *Chocolate graham crackers may be substituted.
