  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • oz fontina shredded
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 13.8 oz pizza dough refrigerated canned
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded

Equipment

  • oven
  • rolling pin
  • pizza stone

Directions

  1. Place pizza stone on middle oven rack.
  2. Heat oven to 450F.
  3. Sprinkle flour on work surface.
  4. Place dough on surface; press dough with hands or roll with rolling pin to desired thickness and shape. Lightly sprinkle pizza peel with additional flour (if you do not have a pizza peel, a flat cookie sheet will work).
  5. Transfer dough to pizza peel.
  6. Drizzle oil over crust.
  7. Sprinkle with cheeses, oregano, salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer crust from pizza peel to pizza stone.
  9. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
