  • 0.3 cup eggs fat-free
  • 1.3 cups skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup flour whole wheat
  • servings powdered sugar 
  • 0.5 cup oats 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil
