Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  •  eggs 
  • cup flour whole wheat
  • 0.3 cup cereal low-fat crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk low-fat
  • cup berries mixed (such as blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir together buttermilk, brown sugar, oil, vanilla and egg until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt just until moistened. Gently fold in half of the berries. Spoon into pan.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining berries and the granola.
  4. Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until golden brown and top springs back when touched in center. Cool in pan on cooling rack 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
