  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • cup buttermilk cold
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • stick butter unsalted cold cut into pieces
  • cup flour whole-wheat
