  • 0.5 lb penne pasta whole wheat
  • serving olive oil cooking spray 
  • lb shrimp raw peeled
  • serving sea salt 
  • serving bell pepper 
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin 
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoon flat parsley italian finely chopped
  • tablespoon thyme sprigs fresh finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated

Directions

  1. Cook the penne according to package directions.
  2. Drain well.
