  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.8 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • 0.5 teaspoon cream of tartar 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • tablespoons sugar white
  • 1.5 cups flour whole wheat

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
  5. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with a drinking glass.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8-10 minutes.
