  • tablespoons brown sugar dark packed ()
  • 0.3 cup light-flavored honey such as wildflower 
  • 0.8 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons scotch whisky 
  • pounds orange-fleshed sweet potatoes peeled cut into 1-inch chunks (yams)
  • 0.3 cup butter unsalted ()

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter 2-quart casserole dish.
