Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup barbecue sauce 
  • 1.5 cups chicken breast strips/pre-cooked/chopped warmed cooked cut into 1-inch pieces and
  • 0.3 cup flat parsley chopped
  • 0.5 cup fontina 
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • ounce pizza dough refrigerated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cup bell pepper red yellow thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Saut yellow and red bell peppers for 2 minutes; set aside.
