Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.1 teaspoon baking soda 
  •  egg white 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons vanilla yogurt low-fat
  • Dash salt 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  2. Combine yogurt and next 3 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Spoon batter evenly into 2 muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 400 for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden.
  5. Remove from pan immediately.
