  • 0.3 tsp almond extract 
  • 0.3 cup planters almonds divided toasted sliced
  • pkg jell-o cheesecake flavor pudding instant (4-serving size each)
  • 1.3 cups milk cold
  • oz ready-to-use vanilla wafer crumb crust 
  • cups cool whip whipped topping divided thawed

Directions

  1. Pour milk and almond extract in large bowl.
  2. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. (
  3. Mixture will be thick.)
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the almonds onto bottom of crust; cover with the pudding mixture.
  5. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer; sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp. almonds. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate several hours until chilled. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
