  • pinch ground cardamom 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • 0.3 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • pound lamb stew meat cut into small pieces
  •  onion sliced
  •  potatoes peeled sliced
  • servings salt to taste
  • tablespoon tomato paste 
  • pounds tomatoes cubed
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • pound zucchini sliced

Directions

  1. Heat the ghee in a large pot over medium-high heat and stir in the lamb meat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Season with allspice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom and mix well.
