  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • tablespoon pepper fresh black
  • tablespoons ground pepper red
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh (1 lemon)

  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 1.5 cups onion chopped (2 medium)
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt divided
  • ounce canned tomatoes canned

  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Yields 1/4 cup. Serving size is 1 teaspoons.Chicken:.
