Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup alfredo sauce 
  • oz chicken breast strips/pre-cooked/chopped diced frozen thawed cooked ( 2 cups)
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.5 cup peas sweet frozen
  • tablespoons slivered almonds 
  • oz swiss cheese shredded
  • cup frangelico 
  • cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F. In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, mix chicken, peas, cheese, Alfredo sauce and almonds.
  2. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat.
  3. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  4. In small bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by about 12 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
