  • cup tightly baby spinach leaves fresh packed chopped
  • 10 slices calabrese bread italian (1/) (crusty bread)
  • 0.5 cup cheese italiano cheese shredded kraft
  • 270 philadelphia original cooking creme divided
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken shredded cooked

Equipment

Directions

  1. Heat panini grill.
  2. Reserve 1/3 cup Cooking Creme.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add spinach; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or just until wilted.
  5. Add remaining Cooking Creme, chicken and shredded cheese; cook and stir 5 min. or until chicken mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.
  6. Spread chicken mixture onto 5 bread slices; cover with remaining bread slices.
  7. Spread outsides of sandwiches with reserved Cooking Creme.
  8. Spray grill with cooking spray.
  9. Add sandwiches, in batches; cook 2 min. or until golden brown.
