Ingredients

  • cup almonds sliced
  • package butter-flavored microwave popcorn 
  • cup semi chocolate chips sweet
  • 0.3 cup toffee chips 
  • cup chocolate chips white

Equipment

  • bowl
  • baking paper
  • ramekin
  • microwave

Directions

  1. Cook popcorn in microwave until popped.
  2. Transfer to a large sheet of parchment paper.
  3. Remove any kernels that might be left in the bag.
  4. Place white chips into a medium heat proof bowl. Ramekins work great.
  5. Heat in 30 second intervals until melted.
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon canola oil and stir until chocolate is smooth.
  7. Place melted chips into a ziploc bag and snip one corner.
  8. Drizzle over popcorn.
  9. Sprinkle Fisher Almonds over chocolate, then with a spoon, gently stir to coat chocolate and almonds.
  10. Sprinkle half of toffee bits over coated popcorn and almonds.
  11. Place chocolate chips into a medium heat proof bowl as well.
  12. Heat in 30 second intervals until melted.
  13. Add 1/2 teaspoon canola oil and stir until smoothed.
  14. Place melted chocolate into a separate ziploc bag and snip a corner.
  15. Drizzle evenly over popcorn.
  16. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits and add additional almonds if desired.
  17. Let chocolate set up for about 2 hours then serve.
