  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • tablespoon butter melted
  • 2.3 teaspoons yeast dry
  • 22.5 ounces flour all-purpose
  • cups buttermilk low-fat
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable shortening 
  • 0.5 cup warm water (100° to 110°)

Directions
