  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • teaspoons thyme sprigs fresh chopped
  • ounces fuji apple thinly sliced
  • ounces goat cheese crumbled
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey 
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • tablespoons pecans toasted chopped
  • pound uncook pizza crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Arrange apple slices evenly over pizza crust; top with cheese.
