Ingredients

  •  bacon diced
  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • teaspoon apple cider vinegar 
  • Dash nutmeg 
  • small onion thinly sliced quartered
  • medium potatoes cubed peeled
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar
