Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup firmly brown sugar dark packed
  • 0.5 cup butter cold
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
  • large granny smith apples peeled cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.8 cup pecans toasted chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • servings whipped cream
