  • medium apples diced cored peeled
  • 0.3 cup barbecue sauce 
  •  carrots sliced
  • large clove garlic 
  • cup lentils dry
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • large onion diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.5 cup peas frozen
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • medium tomatoes diced peeled
  • cube vegetable stock 
  • quart water
