Ingredients

  • cups cup heavy whipping cream 
  • cups milk 
  • cup arborio rice 
  • cup arborio rice 
  •  cinnamon sticks 
  •  lemon zest 
  • pinch salt 
  • cup sugar

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place the 2 cups heavy cream, 2 cups milk, rice, cinnamon sticks, lemon zest and salt then bring to a boil.
