  • oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese softened ()
  • Tbsp polly-o parmesan cheese shredded
  • Tbsp roasted peppers red chopped
  • 48  lightly woven wheat crackers salted

Directions

  1. Mix artichokes, Neufchatel and Parmesan cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in peppers; cover.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
