  • ounce baby spinach leaves fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 pound broccolini steamed
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin for additional drizzling
  • tablespoons garlic fresh minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic salt 
  • teaspoon kosher salt 
  • cup marinated artichoke hearts drained
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.5 pound pasta noodles dry

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in large dutch oven or pot over medium heat.
  4. Saute garlic and spinach for a few minutes, until spinach is wilted.
  5. Add broccolini, artichoke, cooked pasta, Parmesan Cheese, salt, pepper, garlic salt and additional olive oil. Stir to combine and reduce heat to low.
  6. Serve immediately.
