  • lb asparagus spears cut into 1-inch pieces
  • oz athenos feta cheese traditional
  • 0.5 cup seasons garlic & herb dressing mix good divided prepared
  • large bell pepper red cut into thin strips
  • lb shrimp cleaned
  • cups ziti pasta uncooked

Directions

  1. Cook asparagus in 1 Tbsp. of the prepared dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add shrimp and red pepper; cover. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
  4. Drain pasta; place in large serving bowl.
  5. Add remaining dressing, asparagus mixture and cheese; toss lightly.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until chilled.
