  •  avocado ripe cut into long strips
  • large cranberry-orange relish 
  •  spring onion finely
  • tablespoons orange juice 
  •  juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ginger fresh
  • teaspoon agave nectar 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
