Ingredients

  • 2.5 teaspoons beef bouillon granules 
  • cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • pound ham cubed cooked
  • cloves garlic minced
  • large bell pepper green cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • large bell pepper red cut into 1 inch pieces
  • large onion red coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • 15  15 small sweet pickles sweet chopped
  • tablespoon vinegar white
  • ounces ziti pasta

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the drained pasta, ham, peppers, onion, pickles and tomatoes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, beef bouillon granules, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic and 1/2 cup of reserved pickle juice. Fold into the salad and toss gently until evenly coated. Chill overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve near room temperature.
