Ingredients

  • slices bacon cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon marjoram dried
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • cups seasoned bread crumbs (from 16-oz bag)
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried sweetened
  • 2.3 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned but not crisp. Stir in bell pepper and onion. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Stir in cranberries.
  2. Add water; heat to boiling.
  3. Remove skillet from heat.
  4. Stir in stuffing mix, seasoned salt and marjoram until well mixed. Spoon into baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil; bake about 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
