  • tablespoons rum dark
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • pound less-sodium ham bone-in
  • 0.8 cup guava jelly 
  • tablespoon peach nectar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Trim fat and rind from ham. Score outside of ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. Place ham on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  5. Stud ham with cloves, if desired.
  6. Combine jelly, rum, nectar, and mustard.
  7. Brush ham with jelly mixture.
  8. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 140, basting once.
  9. Place ham on a platter; cover with foil.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
