  • tablespoons butter melted
  • 0.3 cup pumpkin pie filling/mix canned (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoon maple syrup 
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • cups pancake mix 
  • teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F. Spray mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, pumpkin pie spice, milk, pumpkin, syrup, and vanilla with spoon until blended. Spoon batter into pan, using about 1 tablespoon for each doughnut.
  3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  4. Remove doughnuts from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Dip tops of doughnuts in melted butter, then dip in cinnamon-sugar.
  7. Serve warm.
