  •  lamb loin chops 
  • Clove garlic sliced
  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • Tbs dijon mustard 
  • Sprig oregano fresh
  • servings herbs like: thym roughly chopped

  • Tbs olive oil

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix above ingredients, except salt and pepper. Set aside
  2. Salt and Pepper the Lamb Chops on both sides on a plate
