This delectable dessert combines the best elements of a banana split - bananas, pineapple, and cherries - into a cake form that's easy to share. The base is a crunchy layer of crushed vanilla wafers and melted margarine, providing a delightful contrast to the creamy elements. The next layer is a creamy blend of cream cheese and confectioners' sugar, followed by the sweet and tangy crushed pineapple. Then, the star of any banana split, the bananas, are added. Their natural sweetness complements the other ingredients beautifully.

The cake is then topped with a non-dairy whipped topping for a light and airy finish. A sprinkle of chopped walnuts and maraschino cherries adds a festive touch and an extra layer of flavor. The key to this cake's success is allowing it to chill for at least four hours before serving, which not only makes it easier to slice but also allows all the flavors to meld together perfectly.

Whether you're looking for a unique dessert to impress your guests or a fun twist on a classic treat, this Banana Split Cake II is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. It's the perfect ending to any meal, especially a summer barbecue or a casual get-together with friends. So why not give it a try and see for yourself why this cake is a hit with dessert lovers everywhere?
