  • 12 oz broccoli slaw 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon granulated sugar 
  • 1.5 cups catsup 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon brown sugar light
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder 
  • cups chicken shredded cooked
  • 0.3 cup spicy brown mustard 
  • slices texas toast croutons 
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare slaw: Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and granulated sugar until smooth. Stir in coleslaw mix and parsley.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Prepare sauce: Stir together ketchup and next 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until bubbly. Stir together 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and chicken in a bowl. Spoon mixture over Texas toast slices.
  3. Serve with slaw and remaining barbecue sauce.
