  • 1.5 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 
  • 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar 
  • 12 ounce biscuits refrigerated canned
  • 0.3 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • 0.5 pound ground beef lean
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Separate biscuits; pat or roll into 5-inch circles on a lightly floured surface, and press into lightly greased muffin pans.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles; drain. Stir in ketchup and next 3 ingredients; spoon into muffin cups.
  3. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes; sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts. Cool in pan on a wire rack 5 minutes.
  4. Baked muffins may be frozen in an airtight container up to 1 week.
