Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • 10 ounce pizza cheese italian cheese-flavored thin (such as Boboli)
  • 0.7 cup plum tomatoes diced
  • cups chicken breast boneless skinless chopped ( 2 breasts)
  • 0.8 cup tomatoes 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded white extra-sharp

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Place crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 450 for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven; spread chutney over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  5. Top chutney with chicken.
  6. Sprinkle diced tomato, cheese, and green onions evenly over chicken.
  7. Bake at 450 for 9 minutes or until cheese melts.
  8. Cut pizza into 6 wedges.
  9. Note: If you can't find tomato chutney, make your own.
  10. Combine 2 cups diced plum tomato, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon Jamaica jerk seasoning, and 1 minced garlic clove in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 minutes or untril thickened.
