  • 0.5  bell pepper green chopped
  • pound ground beef 
  • large onion chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 10.8 ounce all natural tomato soup canned
  • cup water

Directions

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Stir in corn and next 5 ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  2. Pour beef mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Spread Cornbread Topping over beef mixture.
  4. Bake at 425 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden.
  5. Garnish, if desired.
