  • pound asparagus cut into 2-inch diagonal pieces
  • 1.8 cups beef broth organic swanson® (regular, Lower Sodium or Certified )
  • pound beef top sirloin steaks boneless
  • tablespoon brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • large portabello mushrooms sliced
  • cups rice long-grain white hot cooked
  • 0.5 cup roasted peppers red

Directions

  1. Slice beef into very thin strips.
  2. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy, sugar and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Cook beef in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
