  • 0.8 lb applewood-smoked bacon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • fillet anchovy canned drained
  • 0.3 tsp sea salt 
  • large slices top sweet
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • medium garlic clove 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • large romaine lettuce leaves 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • large tomatoes red ripe sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon worcestershire

Directions

  1. In a large frying pan over medium heat, cook bacon, turning occasionally, until lightly browned and crisp but not brittle, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, anchovy, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Whirl until smooth.
  4. Scrape into a small bowl.
  5. Spread Caesar mayo on bread slices. Top half with tomato and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Add bacon, lettuce, and remaining bread slices.
  7. Serve with extra mayo.
