  • medium apples red unpeeled cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • tablespoon cheese blue crumbled finely
  • cup celery stalks thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup yogurt plain fat-free
  • servings juice of lemon 
  • tablespoon salad dressing reduced-fat
  • cups pkt spinach packed
  • tablespoons walnut pieces toasted chopped
