Ingredients

  • tablespoons cheese blue crumbled
  • 0.5 cup cheese dressing blue
  • 0.3 cup chili sauce 
  • teaspoon apple cider vinegar 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • teaspoons hot sauce 
  • lb chicken breast boneless skinless
  • 0.3 cup cream sour
  • teaspoons soya sauce

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mix all chicken ingredients except chicken.
  2. Add chicken; toss to coat well. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  3. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix dressing and sour cream until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time.
  4. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. With slotted spoon, remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade.
  5. Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir 4 minutes.
  6. Add reserved marinade; cook over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and chicken is no longer pink in center.
  7. Spoon dipping sauce into small serving bowl; sprinkle with parsley and blue cheese.
  8. Place bowl on serving platter; arrange warm chicken around bowl.
  9. Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
