  • 0.8 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.8 cup knudsen cream sour
  • 3.4 oz jell-o vanilla flavor pudding instant
  • cup milk cold
  •  ready-to-use pie crust refrigerated
  • cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Prepare and bake pie crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust baked shell. Cool.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Add sugar; cook and stir 3 min. or until melted.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in bourbon. Cool.
  5. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Slice bananas; place in crust. Top with caramel sauce, pudding mixture and COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 1 hour.
