  • 0.8 cup bourbon 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • ounces pasta uncooked
  • cup parmesan cheese shredded refrigerated
  • 0.5 cup pecans toasted
  • cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic, and saut until tender.
  3. Add 1/2 cup bourbon, and cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in whipping cream and cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Gradually stir in remaining 1/4 cup bourbon; stir in pecans and parsley.
  4. Pour over pasta; toss.
  5. Serve immediately.
