  • 2.3 teaspoons yeast dry quick
  • tablespoon butter softened
  • 0.8 teaspoon caraway seeds 
  • oz cream cheese softened
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoons milk 
  • tablespoons skim milk powder dry instant
  • 0.8 cup rye flour 
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • oz swiss cheese shredded finely
  • cup water 
  • 2.5 cups yukon gold potatoes for flour

Directions

  1. Measure carefully, placing all bread ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color.
  3. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on cooling rack.
  4. In small bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until blended. Stir in Swiss cheese and chives.
  5. Serve spread with bread. Store spread in refrigerator.
