  • large egg whites lightly beaten
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • Dash ground pepper red
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 0.1 teaspoon onion powder 
  • teaspoon orange juice 
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs toasted (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • Dash salt 
  • 0.8 pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • tablespoon dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. To prepare shrimp, coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Place prepared pan in 400 oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine panko, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a shallow dish, stirring with a whisk.
  5. Place egg white in another shallow dish. Dip shrimp in egg white, and dredge in panko mixture.
  6. Place on preheated baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until done.
  8. To prepare sauce, combine mustard and the remaining ingredients.
