  • cup broccoli florets fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup butter cubed
  • ounces crabmeat drained canned
  • cups chicken broth 
  • 0.3 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • cup mushrooms fresh sliced

  •  garlic clove minced
  • cup half and half 
  • cup leek white sliced ( serving only)
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, saute the leeks, mushrooms and broccoli in butter until tender.
