  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra virgin 
  • teaspoon optional: dill fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  •  radishes cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 0.5 cup onion red chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • large to 3 sized squashes yellow cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • large zucchini cut in half lengthwise then into 1/4-inch slices
