  • tablespoons butter 
  • tablespoons plus light
  • 0.5 cup evaporated milk 
  • large marshmallows cut into quarters
  • cups pecans coarsely chopped
  • 1.5 cups sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
